Questions

It is best to book a date 3-5 days in advance so that we can match the right team and car. If we have free resources, we also carry out urgent orders and „on the spot” removals.

Yes. Our team professionally packs, secures and brings in all items. We use cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film and special straps and security blankets. 

Yes, we specialize in transporting heavy and bulky items. We have experience in bringing pianos, safes, home appliances, hot tubs, large format tiles, as well as expensive furniture. We always send a team appropriate to the weight and specifics of the order.

We offer two forms of billing:
- Hourly rate - usually 250 zl/h for a 2-person team + car (minimum 3h).
- Price for the whole - determined individually after providing addresses and scope of work.
In both options, customers receive full security and a team prepared for the work.

We understand that plans are subject to change. If you need to reschedule or change the scope of services, please let us know at least one day before the scheduled move. This will allow us to reorganize the work of the team. We always try to adapt to your needs on a regular basis - the earlier we learn about changes, the easier it will be for us to book a new date or additional equipment. We consider each case individually to find a good solution.

It is best to place your order in advance, at least 2-3 days in advance. However, thanks to the 24/7 operation, it is also possible to place orders on shorter notice.
For urgent „same day” orders, please call us - there is a high probability that we will be able to help.
